Finally pregnant after 5 long years of trying. This is my PG journey and I hope it will have a very happy ending.
Today's Update:
Follicle Size: One measuring at 16mm, several others between 10-15mm
E2 Level: Over 6000 (this just keeps getting better, doesn't it?)
Plan of Action: IUI scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. (Holy shit! I wasn't expecting this so soon!)
Mood: Freakishly Nervous and Excited (I hope I don't pass out before I get there tomorrow!)

I'm 28 and L. is 31. We have been married for 7 years and trying to have a baby for five long years. I have never ever been pregnant or had any miscarriages. The docs tell me that my hormones are fine and female reproductive parts are heatlhy (no endo., PCOS, fibroids, polyps, etc.); however, ovaries do not cooperate very well. My biggest problem is with anovulation. Our history with treatment is pretty boring because basically, it is non-existent. We haven't tried any IUIs or IVFs due to lack of $$. However, as of Sept. 2004, my new job offers a health plan that WILL COVER ART - up to $25,000! Yippee!! I'm very excited to be doing an IUI with injectables in Jan. 2005. I feel so fortunate for this new opportunity.

Thanks, everyone! I will post about the IUI this evening when I have more time. It seems I'm doing all right so I'm headed off to work.
