Ouch! Don't Touch These!
So all the drama in my ovaries/uterus is gone, but the boobs want attention now. Since yesterday, they've been very, very sore and tender. I also find that my nipples are very hard. They hurt even when I brush against them. Needless to say, I've been doing a lot of yelling at L. because he gets careless and keeps touching them by accident when he tosses and turns in bed. I truly think it's the hcg shot causing all this so I'm not obsessing over it. Did anyone else experience very sore boobs after getting the hcg shot?
Onto other news - some of you might know that L. and I are in the process of buying a house. This Saturday, we'll start the actual house hunting. I AM SO EXCITED!!! This will be our very first home so I simply CAN'T WAIT to be a home owner. I know it's a lot of responsibilities but we're ready for it. We want a house that's 2000 sq ft or close to that. This may not be that big to some people, but it will be plenty of space for the two of us (and hopefully, a little baby soon!) It's good that I have to distract me until the BIG test day next Wed.
I'll post again if I experience any new symptoms and if we see any houses that I am head over heels over. Hope everyone is having a nice week!

Oh, how cool, you lucky girl! Be sure to share all your wisdom, for those of us who hope to follow in your footsteps soon! I don't have a CLUE how house-buying works, so I'm happy to suck up any advice you can pass along! Have FUN!!!!!

Good luck on the house hunting. I hope you find the perfect house you are looking for. I was going to say that it's exciting that you can decorate however you want when you own a place, but we just bought our first place this year and I have YET to paint or anything..but then again, I am LAZY.
Anyway, I hope the whole process goes smoothly.

Hoping your boobs get to feeling better soon! And, for the record, after the HCG shot, my boobs were super tender. Of course, then there's always the chance that they'll change from HCG-tender to pregnant-tender. Hope that's what you soon go through! Hang in there :-)

Congrats on the house hunting! We bought our first house almost 2 years ago.
Oh and I think 2000sq ft. is huge! Were I live a house that size would cost at least half a million dollars or more! Needless to say we live in a 1100sq ft house...

I am not sure about the hcg shot, but I can vouch the last time I was pregnant (which didn't last long . . ) my nipples were super hard ALL the time and SORESORESORE only three to four days after I conceived. Maybe this is a great thing for you! (even thought it hurts!!)

I just wanted to let you know that I had the same thing after the hcg shot. My boobs are killing me. I had this happen last time too. They feel huge too! I hope this is it for you! I can relate to the bad feeling as well. I just don't have a good feeling about this cycle for me either. I pray I am wrong!

I am reading your posts backwards, so let me say first - Congrats on your positive test!!!
I'm pregnant too (11w3d) and my nipples stay hard all of the time and HURT. My husband drives me crazy because he thinks it's "cute" that they are hard all of the time...I try to tell him that they hurt in the way I imagine it hurts him when they get racked in the crotch! He doesn't believe me...
